Our Story

The year was 1992, and there was a passion and flair to host outstanding and class apart events in our founder Mr. Rajiv Goel. Opportunity knocked our doors with the upcoming opening of a class leading departmental store “ Landmark” in South Delhi. (you now know the building as Study by Janak). The roots of the company started with the parent body H K Overseas handling and managing Landmark Celebrity Awards with the chief guest being Pooja Bhatt, then at the top of her career. It was one of the first such inaugurals being done by a celebrity in Delhi. That starting point gave a drive which was to go a long way. Over the next few years, we did multiple events for the Indian Community in Jakarta or Indonesia, Singapore and Malaysia. 2006 was the year when the brand name Octave Events was christened.

Mrs. Archana Goel / Director - Vendor Management

Archana Goel developed her skills in event management as a wedding planner. She is active in this field for past 15 years & served the best of corporate houses & elite clients. She has been associated with UNICEF as long term associate for management of their workshops & events. Her core work area includes handling Décor, Make Up Artists, Mehandi Artists, Choreography & Management of Rituals etc.

Mr. Rajiv Goel / Director - Finance

Rajiv Goel is MBA by qualification & the promoter of the company. A creative person with business development skills has given shape to the company to its present form. Having served & worked in diversified industries over the years, which includes producing and directing TV Serials and handling Events has given him the required edge in his management skills. He Looks after Event & Budget planning, Entertainment & Creative Development.

Mr. Adyut Hari Goel / Director - Business Development

Adyut Hari Goel is a graduate in hospitality and has served prestigious hotels like Taj Palace, ITC Maurya & Le Meridien, New Delhi. With a flair of Guest Relations and Hospitality Management he takes care of all hotel Co-ordination between the guests and hotel team.
